Stephen’s passion for performance mastery and potential identification came to the fore as he held senior positions in the automotive sector for nearly 20 years and led multi-disciplinary teams.
Since qualifying with the Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience and being licensed to use the ECR & ECR 360 tools he has been sought by those wanting to make transformation changes in life and career knowing he offers proven methods with the latest coaching methodologies and neuroscience approaches to the area.
Stephen’s purpose as a coach is to develop high-definition self-awareness with clarity of purpose to bring forward new thinking and behaviours into your professional and personal life with the best version of you.
Stephen is retained advisor to some major electrical and automotive brands in Ireland and is at the forefront of vehicle electrification and has served as NED on the board of the national vehicle recycling scheme (ELVES) up to September 2019. Stephen is currently serving on the WEEE Ireland Battery Steering committee.
